Senior eProcurement Solution Consultant

Then you’re the ideal candidate for the Senior eProcurement Solution Consultant (m/f/d) role within our Package Based Services (PBS) team. As a global EMEA Partner of the Year, we are one of the largest and most experienced Ivalua system integrators.</p><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul> <li>Several years of professional experience with one or more cloud-based eProcurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, or similar</li> <li>University degree, technical education in IT, or a comparable qualification</li> <li>Expertise in strategic and/or operational procurement processes, with a strong focus on best-practice implementation</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant technologies, data models, SQL, and design/development methodologies</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills in fluent German and English</li> <li>Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project</li> </ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Confidently presenting and mastering standard procurement processes within a cloud-based solution</li> <li>Designing and conducting workshops, feasibility studies, and business process modeling</li> <li>Defining functional specifications and architectural designs based on customer requirements, including documentation for implementation</li> <li>Taking ownership of partial or full project management responsibilities</li> <li>Validating configuration results and ensuring the successful implementation of digital procurement solutions</li> <li>Supporting proposals, proof-of-concept (POC), and pre-sales activities — especially with a focus on Generative AI and Sustainability</li> </ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul> <li>Covered vacation;</li> <li>Direct cooperation with the already successful and growing project;</li> <li>Truly competitive salary;</li> <li>Help and support from our caring HR team.</li> </ul>
