Grow here. </em></strong><em> </em></p><p>At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join us at our Dublin office.</p><p><em>Here’s what you’ll do: </em></p><p>Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage contract administration from tendering through to final assessment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standards.</li><li>Lead contractual negotiations and support procurement strategy.</li><li>Oversee contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive schedules.</li><li>Review compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecasts.</li><li>Support claims management and dispute resolution processes.</li><li>Build and lead a team of Contract Administrators.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? </strong></p><p><em>Here’s what we’re looking for: </em></p><p>As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary Infrastructure markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.</p><ul><li>Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related</li><li>Extensive experience in contract management, with at least 3 years of NEC experience.</li><li>Strong background in infrastructure or aviation projects.</li><li>Proven experience in performance monitoring and claims management.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About AECOM</strong></p><p>AECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
