A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you succeed in this role. </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>While continuing to deliver client value, we believe it is vital to consider our people and our planet in every business decision we make </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b>WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR</b></p><ul><li><p><b>What you will be responsible for: </b> </p></li><li><p>Action daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as: </p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues</p></li><li><p>Preparing monthly reports</p></li><li><p>Implementing and reviewing existing controls</p></li><li><p>Monitoring email box and replying on the emails in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Performing postings of cash adjustment in the system</p></li><li><p>Conducting daily reconciliation of Cash, Trades and Positions on Client accounts</p></li><li><p>Independently liaise with 3rd Party Managers, Counterparties, Clients and Custodians to resolve operational issues </p></li><li><p>Taking part in escalations and process calls </p></li><li><p>Being main point of contact for client <span>queries/requirements </span></p></li><li><p>Participating in client on-boarding, testing and service development </p></li><li><p>Identify continuous service development and follow up on their implementation </p></li><li><p>Maintain procedures and ongoing training </p></li><li><p>Manage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management </p></li><li><p>Knowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) </p></li><li><p>Participate in Client internal and external audits </p></li><li><p>Independent investigation of complex cases with custodians </p></li><li><p>Identification and fixing system issues </p></li><li><p>Complex investigation of system performance with internal and external parties </p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>WHAT WE VALUE</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Thorough understanding of reconciliations  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Significant experience in working within a buy-side or outsourced Operations team  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of claims procedures.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>A Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience  </span></p></li><li><p><span>A good level of knowledge of Capital Market products  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Enhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word &amp;Excel)  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills and logical understanding of the processes  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Business Analyst, project or onboarding experience is an advantage  </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>BENEFITS</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Flexible working hours and hybrid working model (2 days per week in the Warsaw office, next to Wilanowska metro station)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Sharing the costs of private medical care  </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Sharing the costs of sports activities (Multisport Card)  </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><sp
