Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Global PCX & Data Strategy is a strategic leader accountable for transforming professional engagement from a fragmented effort into a unified, data-driven strategic advantage across categories (EOC, Hill's & Skin Health) and priority markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, digital technology, and data. You will lead the evolution, governance, and scaling of the Professional (PCX) data model, acting as the data steward for professional data and the primary liaison between categories and technical teams. You will provide the expertise required to elevate our PCX strategy and unlock the commercial value of data for the Professional business globally.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Partner with agency and GIT in the development of standard global processes pertaining to data collection, management, and activation to yield operational efficiencies and ensure governance at scale.
- Technical Advisory: Partner with GIT and Data Excellence Team as the primary business advisor to ensure technical implementations (SAP migration to Data Cloud) align with brand priorities and professional business requirements.
- Roadmap & Pilots: Collaborate on the technology roadmap and pilots based on the assessment of ongoing market-level needs; advise GIT in the development and maintenance of platforms to support PCX strategy.
- Data Activation: Partner with Professional Category Leads to define and implement our professional data activation strategy to power omnichannel engagement, brand convection, and trust under the 4CP Framework.
- Synergy & Efficiency: Act as the dedicated global resource to drive synergies and efficiencies between categories (EOC, Hill's & Skin Health) and regional PCX teams, such as the Omni Professional Execution Specialists, to ensure local activation is insight-driven and facilitates global data learning.
- Data Modeling: Manage and scale the existing Professional data model, defining requirements for data usage and ensuring design meets the needs of the business across all categories.
- Governance: Support strategy development in operating data governance practices across the professional data domain, championing policy compliance to ensure data is treated as a strategic enterprise asset.
- Maturity & Personalization: As CP’s PCX Program matures, lead the design, prioritization, and delivery of professional data use cases with direct brand impact, including audience segmentation, 1PK acquisition strategy, and personalized activation across channels.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and/or CRM with a focus on data-driven strategy and omni-channel marketing.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of data modeling, CRM activation, and behavioral data analysis.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional partners in Global IT, Global Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Sales.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $130,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
