Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fitness industry (highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets (required), and general tech-savviness.
  • Communication: Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional scheduling, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Personal Traits: Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Data Management Skills: highly skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and messages, on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Organize and manage information, files, and documents for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects assigned, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Solve unexpected challenges and provide proactive solutions.
