Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fitness industry (highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets (required), and general tech-savviness.
- Communication: Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional scheduling, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Personal Traits: Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Data Management Skills: highly skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and messages, on behalf of the executive.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Organize and manage information, files, and documents for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Coordinate and manage special projects assigned, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Solve unexpected challenges and provide proactive solutions.
