If this sounds interesting to you, take this opportunity to become our new CMR (Clinical Development, Medical & Regulatory Affairs) Student Assistant who will share our efforts to improve patient care for patients in Norway with chronic diseases.

The Position
As a CMR Student Assistant, your main tasks and responsibilities will be to support and drive the daily activities in the department within safety and regulatory affairs, including reporting of adverse events/side effects, handling customer complaints, translations, proof-reading of artwork, etc. Additionally, you may be involved in related activities for the whole CMR department, e.g., translations related to clinical and medical information activities.

In this position you will be working flexibly, adjusted to the needs of your studies as well as to our relevant business needs. The expected working hours will be 10-15 hours per week. During the introduction period availability during normal working hours is required. It is expected that you may work additional hours during summer and peak periods.

 

Your main workplace will be our great office in Nydalen, Oslo where you’ll be expected to visit at least once per week.

 

Qualifications

We’re searching for a well-organized, detail-oriented student with a quality mindset who likes to take initiative and approaches work in a proactive and flexible manner. Moreover, you are a fast learner who easily acquires new skills.

We’re interested in your profile if:

  • You are currently studying within the field of pharmacy, medicine, biology or similar at a university or university college in or near Oslo, Norway.
  • You have completed minimum the first year of studies and have minimum 2 years left before graduating from your current programme.
  • You have knowledge of pharmacy, medicine, or any other relevant natural sciences.
  • You have good capabilities with MS Office programmes (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English language, both written and oral, including excellent translation skills.
  • It is preferable to have relevant, previous work experience.
  • You’re highly collaborative and have an “all-hands-on-deck” mindset. 
  • You have a can-do attitude and take ownership of your tasks.

 

About the Department

With us, you’ll become part of an engaging and dedicated Norwegian team that strives for excellence. In this position you will be a part of our CMR department, which currently consists of 21 employees, and you’ll primarily work with the Regulatory and Safety team. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our external customer service supplier when applicable.
