General Job Description:
Assist Mount community with the use of technology, answer phones/create call tickets, trouble-shoot Workday, software and hardware problems, assist with basic software installation, virus removal, deploy and set up A/V equipment for use in classrooms and campus events, and other duties as assigned. Hours are flexible to student schedules.
The appointed individual will:
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer skills.
- Understand basic audio/visual equipment.
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Salary and Hours
- Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.
- Students will work a total of twenty (20) hours per week and could include weekends.
