Summary of Job

The Manager, Patient Services Analytics will provide data and analytical support to Patient Services. The Manager will work across key Patient Services functions to deliver data and reporting to help guide business decisions and support the development and maintenance of operational reporting.

Essential Functions

  • Support cross-functional team’s understanding of the Patient Journey behind the data to support understanding of nuances in access, initiation, and continuation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous quality assurance processes and validation techniques.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as required by senior management to address specific Patient Service leadership questions or challenges.
  • Partner with external vendors to support and maintain data transmission and processing for channel data management.
  • Support departmental performance evaluations through reporting of metrics and dashboard development.
  • Ensure that all interactions and engagements are conducted with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Company values

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience        

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Services and Analytics, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries.
  • Experience with Specialty Products and Rare Disease highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting                       

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data cleansing and data normalization.
  • Experience with Database Management, queries, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce.com, and Veeva preferred.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

Non-Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Detail oriented and excellent follow through. Has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment. Has a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization

Travel

Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
