Lexus of Greenwood Village is looking for a Product Specialist to join the team! 

What will you do? 

The Product Specialist will focus on educating customers on the latest and greatest technology in their new car. After the sale of the car, the Delivery Specialist will meet with the client to answer all questions in regards to operation of their vehicle.

• Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles 

• Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests

• Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process 

• Make follow up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?

· Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record or minimal violations 

· 2-5+ years of customer service experience
