As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Monitor budgets and ensure that production costs stay within established parameters.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage the artistic and technical team and their needs, ensuring to meet project requirements.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, talent, and assets to meet production goals.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage and coordinate the entire production pipeline, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Work closely with department heads (animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Identify and resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise to keep the project on track.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ensure all departments adhere to the project’s artistic and technical standards while maintaining efficiency.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Report progress and status updates to senior management, keeping them informed on any potential risks or challenges.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Implement and refine best practices for project management and production workflows.</p> </li> </ul> <h2> Profile required</h2> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, ideally within the animation or film industry.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong knowledge of the 3D animation production pipeline and workflows.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking within production environments.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proficiency in project management software (Shotgun).</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.</p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"
