By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will challenge you technically while giving you the opportunity to work with senior individuals with a variety of experiences. Together, these opportunities will help your growth in this industry.</p><p> </p><p>The appointed person will be expected to have key role in the team, with the below responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Managing and developing remediation proposals and projects covering all environmental aspects, associated regulation and staffing requirements</li><li>Conducting remedial alternatives analysis</li><li>Overseeing project budget and costs-benefit analyses</li><li>Coordinating and appointing subcontractors</li><li>Ensuring all parties meet compliance with environmental regulations</li><li>Training staff on how to use and implement remediation systems</li><li>Build sustainable relationships in order to meet our business development goals.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and team by evaluating project successes and challenges and sharing lessons learned to enhance performance within the business.</li><li>Apply and encourage a high level of health and safety awareness and quality management at all times.</li><li>Ensure effective communication with the project team and clients.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>We are particularly looking for candidates with the following:</strong></p><ul><li>A <strong>Master’s degree</strong> in Engineering/Environmental Sciences.</li><li>5+ years of related experience, with a multinational company is preferred</li><li>Fluency in Italian and English</li><li>Technically skilled to perform process-orientated and sampling tasks</li><li>Demonstrable ability to keep up to date with latest legislation and compliance requirements</li><li>Flexible approach and ability to change direction when required</li><li>Motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of team, with the initiative to complete tasks.</li><li>Excellent planning, organizational skills and be a time manager.</li><li>Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally to conduct site visits.</li><li>Open and honest.</li><li>A background in Industry is advantageous, as an experience in the Consulting sector.</li><li>Licensed to drive a vehicle in ITA (essential).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and ben
