Our engineers build features today that users will use tomorrow. You must be ready to firefight against scaling or design challenges in real-time. You must not waiver in the face of highly complex mishmashes of microservices that need untangling.</p><p><br/></p><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul> <li>Maintain and improve current services and APIs</li> <li>Designing and implementing reliable architectures and services</li> <li>Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code</li> <li>Performing task breakdown and prioritization of software development-related activities</li> <li>Maintaining and supporting production services, including alarming, metrics, runbooks</li> <li>Contributing to a culture of self-improvement and high standards of quality</li> <li>Mentoring other engineers and helping them grow</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3></h3><h3>Must have</h3><ul> <li>Experience in writing clean, concise, testable, and maintainable code using Go and/or Python programming language;</li> <li>Experience in implementing microservices;</li> <li>Experience in test automation frameworks, optimising performance and security enabling delivery of robust and maintainable architecture;</li> <li>Experience working in an Agile software engineering environment.</li> </ul><h3><br/></h3><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul> <li>Experience using gRPC protocols;</li> <li>Experience with Kubernetes;</li> <li>Experience building, operating, and truly owning services.
