This position reports to the Regional Director for SelfCare and is based out of Skillman, NJ (relocating to Summit NJ, starting Q2-25).

Role reports to: Regional Director for SelfCare

Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel %: up to 20%

Pay: $119,000 - $205,850

What you will do 

The Regional Senior Manager is responsible for

·       Managing critical EM relationships, day to day issues & escalations and negotiate contracts ensuring cost, delivery, quality parameters are captured.

·       Driving savings working collaboratively with cross functional teams to identify and implement cost savings opportunities.

·       Having total cost of ownership of the EM, ownership of P&L, monthly purchase price variance reconciliation etc.

·       Lead the bidding, supplier selection process, as well as lead all contract negotiations and contract finalization

·       Working closely with global strategy teams and key stakeholders to implement technology strategies.

In addition to the elements mentioned above the Regional Senior Manager is accountable to define and achieve clear targets in conjunction with his/her Procurement counterparts and business stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Academic background: Masters in Supply Chain Management or MBA is essential.
