Job Description

This position will be the primary Bosch Rexroth supply chain contact for a major, strategic OEM.  The customer planner is the primary customer contact for the entire order-to-ship cycle and all other supply chain inquiries.

• Represent Mobile Hydraulics division and act as a liaison between site and strategic customer
• Order-to-Ship Cycle ownership includes (but is not limited to) daily communication with the customer via telephone and email, weekly forecast maintenance/analysis, order maintenance, shipping schedule maintenance, and coordination of expedite shipments.
• Create, manage, and maintain Scheduling Agreements and other purchase orders
• Collaborate with Sales on customer master set up
• Collaborate with Physical Logistics to manage outbound customer shipments
• Collaborate with Production Planning to prioritize scheduling to meet customer demands
• Coordinate new product launches with the plant
• Will require the capability to understand, research and update data within several different modules of SAP
• Will require the capability to understand, research and update data utilizing Excel
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of customer facing supply chain or Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field and 7+ years of customer facing supply chain or HS degree and 9+ years of experience in customer facing supply chain.
• Able to thoroughly analyze and manipulate data
• Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD modules) preferred
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with thorough attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively. 
• Strong, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with the customer as well as other departments, all levels of management, and support staff
