Enterprise Agreement Operations Specialist - Westford, MA (Hybrid, 2 days per week) or Remote (US) 

Position Overview:

Juniper Networks is seeking a meticulous and experienced Enterprise Agreement (EA) Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment of support contracts for EA customers during hardware shipment events. This specialist will focus on tracking and coordinating all aspects of contract management, maintaining precise records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to validate and optimize the contract fulfillment process. This individual will also provide analytical insights to measure the effectiveness of the EA program and to uncover new growth opportunities within Juniper’s account base (ex. Whitespace). Your contributions will be essential to scale this strategic area for the company and driving its overall success.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Operations
    • Track and monitor EA orders that have Services component and all Service contracts created as part of the initial orders
    • Keep track of all orders, HW ship dates, serial numbers and contract numbers in spreadsheets
    • Ensure contracts are fulfilled consistently in all internal systems
  2. Cross Functional Stakeholder Management
    • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to coordinate timely and accurate execution of EA orders. Stakeholders include Juniper Financial Services (JFS), Core Sales, Services Sales, Order Management, Contracts, and Partners. 
    • Inform Order Management of incoming Hardware (HW) orders and quantities​
    • Provide detailed updates to Contracts team on changes in HW backlog and inventory
  3. Reporting & Insights: 
    • Provide weekly reporting on license activation/usage by HW, SW, and Service​.
    • Drive business analysis and planning to guide the direction of the program
    • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and contract fulfillment accuracy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of quote to fulfillment and entitlement process
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and systems at Juniper (SFDC, SAP, quoting, ordering systems)
  • Familiarity with Services businesses
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Minimum Salary: $63,360.00

Maximum Salary:$97,152.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $63,360.00 and $97,152.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
