And we can’t wait to see all that’s to come.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As the Head of Technology, you will oversee all of the technological resources within FareHarbor. You’ll be responsible for creating our technical strategy and vision in-line with our business goals, while overseeing the development, maintenance, security, and reliability of our software. As a member of the FareHarbor Leadership Team, you’ll ensure that we are delivering a product that best serves our clients while continuously raising the bar of our technological output, and the department as a whole.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do here:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives</li> <li>Ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs by collaborating with other departments</li> <li>Create unity across the technology organization, ensuring that all disciplines across the department are aligned, motivated, and pushing their respective functions forward to align with the department and business goals</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to drive continuous learning and growth while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence and increased team ability</li> <li>Identify emerging industry trends and new technologies and evaluate their potential impact (opportunities and threats) on our business, both short and long-term</li> <li>Ensure that the engineering team delivers a secure, highly reliable, and high-performance software</li> <li>Provide regular technology updates and reports to the executive team, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and having a two-way communication flow with the necessary cross-departmental stakeholders</li> <li>Partner closely with the Head of Product Management to align the Technology &amp; Product strategy and push the product roadmap forward </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience working in software engineering and technology teams of SaaS solutions, both scaling and sustaining a high-functioning team, preferably in a global organization </li> <li>6+ years of experience with people management experience in a SaaS organization, preferably in a Head of Technology/CTO role, with experience managing across Engineering disciplines</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly and understand complex systems</li> <li>Proven track record of elevating the team around them, while creating, executing and delivering on roadmaps for the department</li> <li>Strong communication skills and abilit
