Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop targeted marketing strategies aligned with BPT North America business goals and revenue targets, focusing on priority business lines and service areas.
- Lead Generation: Establish lead targets and demand generation plans for priority business lines and service areas.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the Marketing Team, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and establish team KPIs. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Project Management: Own project management of team activities and targets, ensuring tasks are completed on time and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, providing clear metrics for ROI on all marketing investments. Regularly report semi-annual ROI information to the leadership team.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define key marketing metrics, manage the process of packaging measurements into reports and dashboards to assess overall team and program performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain active communication with relevant business units, incorporating market requirements, industry insights, and customer feedback into marketing strategy.
- Event Strategies: Develop event strategies tailored to key markets and objectives to drive revenue.
- Collateral Development: Lead the development of sales and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends to drive topics for client webinars and whitepapers.
- Competitive Research: Conduct regular competitive market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and best practices.
- Market Potential Analysis: Perform market potential reporting and analysis to identify new target segments and future opportunities.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of directly transferable marketing experience, preferably in the life science industry.
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Reside within a commutable distance to the Eurofins Lancaster, PA campus.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of directly transferable experience in Marketing.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with the ability to execute at a high level while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
