<p></p><p>Job Title:</p>CX Program Director<p></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>CX Program Director </p><p>Do you have extensive experience with project management and a track record of delivering large and complex digital projects - keep reading! </p><p> </p><p>At dentsu, the Program Director oversees and drives the success of multiple complex digital projects and programs within our customer organisations. Hence, you are responsible for the program but will guide and collaborate closely with skilled project managers and technical consultants and specialists, who drive and contribute to specific projects related to the overall program. </p><p> </p><p>You will lead the development and execution of delivery approaches and plans for CX programs owned by you, while also empowering the environment that enables teams to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients. </p><p>You will ensure that meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best -practice solutions, skills, capabilities and original thinking. </p><p> </p><p>Tasks include: </p><ul><li><p>Foster client relationships by being a trusted advisor who consistently delivers high-quality solutions. </p></li><li><p>Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with key clients' senior stakeholders and act as a point of escalation for program-related issues. </p></li><li><p>Acts as a subject matter expert and lead consultant, particularly in the areas of Data, CRM and CXM for clients </p></li><li><p>Help shape the agency's methodology, encourage knowledge sharing across the agency and foster a culture of learning and educating on best practices to enhance client service. </p></li><li><p>Oversee a portfolio of programs and projects to maintain a clear and efficient pipeline of work. </p></li><li><p>Identifies key data points and measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on the client’s business </p></li><li><p>Skilfully negotiate timelines, scope, and budget with clients across the account portfolio, including handling changes throughout projects. </p></li><li><p>Track projects and identify risks to ensure they meet the expected budget, time and scope. </p></li><li><p>Provide assistance to project and/or consultants in overcoming challenges and support them in driving the projects to completion </p></li><li><p>Enhance reporting and knowledge-sharing mechanisms to ensure valuable insights are leveraged across programs, fostering growth and efficiency. </p></li></ul><p> </p><p>About dentsu    </p><p>Dentsu Group is a global marketing communications company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. For more information, please visit www.dentsu.com.   </p><p>  </p><p>Qualifications </p><ul><li><p>You have 5+ years of experience in a CX/Data consultation and Project Management role in a digital environment </p></li><li><p>You are certified in agile, embodying agile principles and values in project execution. </p></li><li><p>You are proficient in multiple project management methodologies. </p></li><li><p>You have a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex digital projects including development, data and creatives. </p></li><li><p>You are experienced in facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. </p></li><li><p>You have excellent workshop facilitation, and documentation skills, ensuring clear and organised project records. </p></li><li><p>You are experienced in optimising project schedules and deadlines. </p></li><li><p>You take ownership and responsibility, and you are proactively seeking solutions. </p></li><li><p>Language: Working proficiency in Finnish and English </p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Additional information:   <br/>We offer a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, and you will be based at our office in Helsinki, Finland. The position will be filled as soon as we have found the right candidate.
