Success of our Construction Project Executive division will be someone who plans, coordinates, budgets, and supervises various types of our projects from start to finish. Ensuring Integrated Solutions projects are completed on time, within budget and meet DIRTT quality is critical. Our targeted opportunities will aide in penetrating new verticals, fulfilling national direct accounts and driving revenue and profit growth in underperforming markets.  

What You'll Do:

  • Manages and enhances Integrated Solutions relationships ensuring their expectations of DIRTT project delivery is exceeded. Protecting the brand and maintaining financial project profitability are equally essential.
  • Playing a key role in working with all the Directors in aiding in securing new business, new partners, new national accounts, new product/market sectors is pivotal. This includes assisting in proposal responses, scope delineation, schedule development and content for RFQs & RFPs.
  • Facilitating project hand-off meetings from contract execution to pre-con and design, project schedule enhancement, installation and close out. Requesting Bonds and analyzing risk mitigation and corrective action plans based on contractual obligations. Evaluating and contracting DIRTT installations for direct projects, national accounts, and joint ventures with existing partner network.
  • Strategic planning in controlling SG&A and per project profitability while creating processes within project management that enforces contractual obligations and compliance with local construction laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management of reviewing construction document changes including change orders, course correction action plans to recover margin losses and minimize project losses.
  • Addresses problems that arise on projects through various milestones seeking to minimize exposure and deficiencies. Follow through with mentoring, training, and coaching to improve KPIs.
  • Visit sites on occasion to monitor project performance, schedule, corrective action plans, and maintain client relationship. This might include project kick-off meetings representing project executive of PM team. Work with DIRTT Field Operations to assign local representation and develop a robust project reporting matrix tracking project successes and failures.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with superior problem-solving skills to confidently and decisively act to achieve positive project results.  
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.  
  • Professional Project Management certification and/or knowledge of the construction industry. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. 
  • Excellent business judgement to consistently analyze and execute financial trade-offs, which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity.  
  • An amazing ability to work under pressure and in a busy team environment while motivating team stakeholders to exceed expectations.  
  •  Excellent presentation skills and familiarity using technology for presentation and communication purposes.
  • Self-motivated, self-confident, and takes a proactive leadership role in delivering highly complex DIRTT solutions.  
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and actively maintaining multi geographical territories. 
  • Ability to partner with all cross-company organizations (ONE DIRTT) to ensure a world-class experience through all phases of the construction project lifecycle: sales, pre-con, design, fabrication, installation, and warranty.
