Integrated Services, Program Manager

Through the PACE program, our Integrated Services team is ensuring our seniors receive top quality clinical care so that they can age well and live independently in their communities. Our Integrated Services Program Manager will oversee specific components of our Integrated Services operations and key initiatives that may include eligibility, reconciliation, provider relations, and other cross functional teams.

Essential Job Duties:
•    Drive key initiatives across integrated services as directed 
•    Facilitate cross-program collaboration and best practice sharing
•    Identify critical areas for improvement, and work with the team to implement solutions as appropriate
•    Collaborate with analytics to automate key workflows and processes
•    Partner with other leaders to facilitate open communication and effective problem solving that guides high staff morale and excellent participant satisfaction 

Job Requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, professional experience may be substituted 
•    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations and process improvement
•    Excellent organizational and communication skills 
•    Demonstrated experience prioritizing in a fast-paced environment 
•    Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights and weekends
•    Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of time 
•    Must be willing and able to be onsite in WelbeHealth centers or community 50%+ of days

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $120,164.59 - $144,197.51 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
