<p>Job Description</p><p>Do you have a strong analytical background and a passion for marketing?</p><p></p><p>Bring your analytical skills into play and support our Poland-Ukraine-Baltics Marketing team to deliver truly impactful campaigns!<br/><br/>Please note: Relocation support is not offered for this role.<br/> </p><h2>Core Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p>Leading marketing performance agenda to maximize return on investment</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with Media, Brand, E-Com, and Trade Marketing Teams to identify optimization needs across all Owned-Earned-Shared-Paid touchpoints</p></li><li><p>Leading and maintaining the marketing budget plan across 3 subunits (Poland-Ukraine-Baltics) and ensuring spending per plan</p></li><li><p>Coordinating the marketing part of "commercial planning" for the upcoming year (building timeline, setting meeting agenda & facilitation)</p></li><li><p>Leading the monthly Marketing Assumption meetings as an input to Demand Planning</p></li><li><p>Leading the research agenda including econometrics study for marketing effectiveness (identifying needs, raising it to the regional team, analyzing the conducted research/available external data and downloading to the organization with potential action plans)</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Play your part in our team succeeding</h2><p>The Poland-Ukraine-Baltics Marketing team with 15+ colleagues operates across 5 countries and 3 sales offices. The Marketing team creates and fosters consumer/shopper demand by setting the strategy, adopting global assets, creating assets where needed and implementing the strategies. We aim to reach more kids and shoppers every year and to help the Business Unit deliver Consumer Sales (sell-out) ambitions.
