We are the ADI global modeling team at various US, Ireland and India locations, and this position is located in our offices in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:</u></b></p><ul><li>SPICE transistor modeling, LDMOS, CMOS, BJT, JFET, resistors, capacitors.  Particular attention is given to high-voltage LDMOS, Bipolar and JFET modeling for this position.</li><li>Characterization and analysis of same devices, including high frequency characterization (S-Parameters).</li><li>Characterization and modeling which involves multi-physics disciplines (electrical, thermal, mechanical).</li><li>Long-term device degradation modeling for LDMOS and Bipolars.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum <span>Qualifications: </span></u></b></p><ul><li>Master’s in <span>Electrical/Electronic</span> Engineering or Applied Physics with strong device physics background.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li>Experienced device modeling expert with PhD in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics, and with strong physical intuition of electrothermal, piezoelectric, and bipolar device action.  Process Engineering experience and programming skill in Python and similar languages is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.</p><p></p><p>Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
