District Sales Manager

We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>District Sales Manager</strong> at our rental facility in <strong>Milwaukee, WI.</strong>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong>and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.</p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for building a team. Recruiting sources, interview, hire, train and develop amazing people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to produce positive results. Assist location personnel in training for all system requirements.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand their territory and business trends. Identify and recommend areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities and estimate profit projections.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Monitor sales metrics including, but not limited to: fleet utilization; territory coverage; new account production; rate achievement; aged receivables and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Effectively, clearly and accurately communicate information to keep the sales team informed of issues. Provide action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations for the sales team members.&nbsp;</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Equip
