Job Description

Job Summary: responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This role involves working closely with employees and management to ensure effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review and reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll.
  • Manage the HR related reporting to the Group, reconcile the accounts and provide accounting information to Finance Department
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, and providing guidance to managers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, generating reports, and updating HR systems.

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Human resources or Business Administration
  • 5-6 years of experience in a complex HR role with a broad understanding of HR practices and principles
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent English skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
