Responsibilities & Qualifications
What awaits you:
Global HR PMO
- You develop HR PMO function through project standardization and organizational change and support project managers in the application and use of various processes and tools.
- You ensure accurate monitoring and tracking of priority projects and identify and eliminate possible risks with project managers while maintaining open communication with various stakeholders.
Project Management: Major Global HR Projects
- You lead projects aimed to improve, standardize, and/or automate selected HR processes.
- You ensure that projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget.
- You create and maintain project plans, including risk and change management.
- You co-ordinate project resources.
Process Excellence Lead
- You analyze and assess HR processes and practices and identify areas for improvement.
- You create and implement improved global HR processes.
- You work with different HR technology tools to establish and improve HR Processes.
Reporting to the Director of Global HR Excellence, this position will lead the HR PMO for major Global HR projects. This is an exciting, global opportunity to serve as the Project Manager for selected high-priority projects and HR processes affecting all four of our global regions!
How you convince us:
- You have a bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant area.
- You bring at least of 8 years of demonstrable experience and high level of understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
- You have proven project and change management capabilities, including working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- You are familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including experience using process mapping tools.
- You have relevant experience in multinational/multi-cultural organization and experience or interest with Project Portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to work independently with attention to meet time-sensitive goals in an ambiguous environment.
- You have experience working with Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in German and English, both written and spoken complete your profile.
- Experience within HR or understanding of HR functions is preferred.
- PMP, Agile or Scrum Master certification(s) will be highly beneficial.
