This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
Staff IT Data Engineer @ Ironclad
As a Staff IT Data Engineer at Ironclad, you'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions. What you'll do:
Collaborate cross functionally with Business Intelligence, analysts, and other data teams to design, build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines from a wide range of data sources
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and gather project requirements
Develop and implement data management processes including data cleansing, data validation and data governance
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to a data warehouse while prioritizing data governance and scalability
What we look for:
At least 5+ years of experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex data systems/processes
Experience with data platforms such as SnowFlake, BigQuery, FiveTran, dbt, Airflow, etc.
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ELT/ETL pipelines
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD (Terraform, Git, Jenkins)
Experience with cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS and Azure
Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Looker
Optional experience in:
MLOps or AIOps
AI and ML evaluations and data pipelines

Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000
