This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Staff IT Data Engineer @ Ironclad

As a Staff IT Data Engineer at Ironclad, you'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions. What you'll do:

• Collaborate cross functionally with Business Intelligence, analysts, and other data teams to design, build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines from a wide range of data sources

• Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and gather project requirements

• Develop and implement data management processes including data cleansing, data validation and data governance

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to a data warehouse while prioritizing data governance and scalability

What we look for:

• At least 5+ years of experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex data systems/processes

• Experience with data platforms such as SnowFlake, BigQuery, FiveTran, dbt, Airflow, etc.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.

• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ELT/ETL pipelines

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD (Terraform, Git, Jenkins)

• Experience with cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS and Azure

• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Looker

• Optional experience in:

  • MLOps or AIOps

  • AI and ML evaluations and data pipelines

  • AI Model Training

Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000
