We have an exciting remote work opportunity for a Manager, Global Trade Investigations!
As a Global Trade Investigations Manager, the selected candidate will support the strategic implementation of Pratt & Whitney’s Global Trade Investigations function. This role is part of the Global Trade organization in Pratt & Whitney’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance organization.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Global Trade Investigations group by, among other things, preparing management briefings and reports, maintaining investigations data and records, and providing general investigations and disclosures assistance
- Work with the Global Trade Investigations group and the broader Global Trade organization to prepare and track Pratt & Whitney’s regulatory filings with government agencies
- Develop and maintain reports, tools, and metrics to track compliance data
- Continually enhance and improve Pratt & Whitney’s “Speak Up” culture while acting with integrity at all times
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function; OR an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and judgment
- U.S. citizenship, due to certain program restrictions
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity and experience with U.S. export, import, and sanctions regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Sophistication in the use and understanding of digital technology tools and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and balance numerous priorities within competing timeframes

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
