Senior Technology Specialist - PLM Lead

Visit our website: <a href="https://heineken-dt.pl/en">Heineken (heineken-dt.pl)</a><br/> <br/>  </p> <p>Your responsibilities would include:<br/> · planning, designing, and implementation of PLM systems tailored to Heineken needs<br/> · collaborating with cross-functional teams, including D&amp;T, Supply Chain, and other functions to define<br/> system requirements and configurations<br/> · streamlining and optimizing existing product development processes through the effective utilization<br/> of PLM technology<br/> · identifing areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and<br/> speed to market<br/> · overseing the management of product data within the PLM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness,<br/> and integrity throughout the product lifecycle<br/> · driving integration efforts to ensure seamless connectivity between the PLM system and other<br/> enterprise systems<br/> · ensuring assistance to users, smooth system operations and continues improvement<br/> · managing relationships with PLM software vendors and service providers, including contract<br/> negotiation, performance evaluation, and escalation management<br/> · staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in PLM, evaluating their potential impact on the organization<br/> · communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to articulate the benefits of PLM initiatives and address concerns<br/> · formulateing the architecture &amp; design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution;<br/> · Collaborateing with Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap;<br/> · verifieing the implementation- ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements<br/> · ensuring consistency of the overall solution<br/> · working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements<br/> · participating in the selection of new technologies<br/> · providing guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process<br/> · managing the quality of the solution and technical debt<br/> · identifying  potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these<br/> · maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices and evaluating them for applicability<br/> · keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge </p> <p>· beeing together with team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle<br/> · delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture<br/> · developing products with innovative elements<br/> · helping other team members with removing impediments<br/> · ensureing the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards<br/> · demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders<br/>  </p> <p>You are a good candidate if you have:<br/> · Bachelor/Master’s degre: Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies<br/> · IT leader experience, with demonstrated thought leadership and influence across an organization<br/> · proven experience (5+ years) in implementing and managing PLM systems within the CPG or related industries<br/> · in-depth knowledge of PLM software platforms, such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, etc.<br/> · strong understanding of product development processes and industry-specific challenges in CPG manufacturing<br/> · excellent project management skills, agile way of working, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget<br/> · effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization<br/> · analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement</p> <p>· experience in managing IT vendors<br/> · experience in a large scale, high volume environment<br/> · knowledge of ISO Standards, design contro
