We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance execution efforts at our assembly and packaging site.</p> <p><br/> Apply today for a life-changing career and make a difference in the lives of millions of patients around the world!</p> <p> </p> <p>The Position</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Production Support in IFP Kalundborg, this role will own the on-site asset maintenance roadmap execution by driving priority initiatives and asset maintenance change across the site in collaboration with the central Asset Management &amp; Platform Performance (AMPP) organization in IFP.</p> <p><br/> The main tasks will be to:</p> <ul> <li>Shape the on-site asset maintenance strategy.</li> <li>Support design and implementation of on-site asset maintenance initiatives.</li> <li>Drive change management, capability building and impact capture at site.</li> <li>Lead on-site maintenance teams and influence decision making via stakeholder management at senior management level.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Joining our team means stepping into a role where your impact truly matters. As a key contributor, you will play a vital part in driving the local maintenance strategy.<br/>  <br/> Qualifications<br/> We believe that a successful candidate will be an experienced manager, motivated by optimizing and building a professional maintenance organization.</p> <p><br/> To succeed in this role, you have:</p> <ul> <li>Ideally, Engineering or Technical background.</li> <li>Expertise in on-site asset maintenance (at least in 2-3 core maintenance processes e.g., predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance, shutdown etc.), in-the-field experience as team lead and good understanding of various business factors related to Manufacturing.</li> <li>Knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools; and knowledge on improvement and LEAN toolkit.</li> <li>Strong managerial, training, leadership and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English (Danish could be a plus).</li> </ul> <p><br/> As a person you have high ambitions to change and improve the site, while being comfortable with ambiguity.
