<p><span>Responsible for overseeing Carl Perkins Federal and State Priority Grants for assigned eligible recipients including assisting with training, grant application development, processing, review and monitoring to ensure compliance.<br/>Occasional in-state and out-of-state travel is required for this position.<br/><br/>The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate. </span></p>

<span>Job Duties:</span>

<p><span>• Responsible for providing services to grant recipients in the planning, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of Career and Technical Education programs (including supplemental services for Special Populations participating in CTE)<br/>• Independently provides Local Educational Agencies technical assistance/training/leadership to develop new or modify existing CTE programs to meet the requirements of the Carl Perkins V Act<br/>• Completes monitoring, reporting and evaluation of assigned entities and their Career and Technical Education programs<br/>• Develop and facilitate internal and external training related to grant development / management as directed by supervisor<br/>• Implements established laws, rules, regulations and provides leadership regarding Carl Perkins legislation and CTE State Priority funding<br/>• Will support Perkins accountability by ensuring sub-recipients complete required elements in the CTE Data portal<br/></span></p>
