We are looking for driven, personable professionals who build meaningful community connections and are driven by uncapped sales bonus potential.</p> <h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Perks</strong></h3> <p>We believe top talent deserves a "best-of-both-worlds" pay structure: a reliable base salary paired with uncapped sales bonus potential.</p> <ul> <li><strong>On-Target Earnings (OTE):</strong> This role has an OTE of $75,000 annually (composed of a $33,750 base salary + on target sales bonus).</li> <li><strong>Total Earning Potential:</strong> With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.</li> <li>To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a <strong>$3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus</strong> upon completion of their first 60 days, with <strong>no minimum sales threshold</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Travel Support:</strong> Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory.</li> <li><strong>Team Perks:</strong> Enjoy catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular team events.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>A Clear Path Forward</strong></h3> <p>High-performing representatives can have a clear path to promote into a <strong>Senior Outside Sales Representative</strong> role in as little as <strong>6 months</strong>.
