Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Operations Technician to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Primarily responsible for all Contractor Range Operations duties.
• The senior operations technician oversees unit scheduling for ranges and deconflicts schedules to optimize throughput on the range.
• Responsible for firing desk manning and scheduling.
• Responsible for Remote Computer Station (RCS) scheduling and monitoring.
• Provides management and direction for the development of policies, procedures, skills sets, and metrics.
• Monitors all financial information and reports

• Prepares and presents papers at relevant technical meetings and seminars.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 12+ years of diversified and applicable experience is required, with at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
