Customer Application Engineer

<p><span>The Customer Application Engineering  (CAE) role at Nokia is a vital position within the Network Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for ensuring high quality configurations of Optics, IP, and Fixed Networks for customers and delivery teams. The CAE Configuration Manager in this role will oversee customer configuration tasks, from pre-sales to post-sales, maximizing efficiency and innovation in the offer to order process. As a dedicated engineer for the Optics contract, the successful candidate will interact with both external and internal stakeholders to design and configure Nokia Optics WDM products. They will also ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the contract scope and pre-negotiated agreement.
