Outside Sales - Graphics / Marketing

We are growing quickly and looking for someone to join our team in Outside Graphics Sales to increase and oversee the sales of our offerings

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outside sales duties.
• Lead generation, follow up and closing new business.
• Represent Mammoth Graphics at various industry trade shows.
• Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database and post-sale follow up.
• Work closely with the design and production team to develop decal and graphics solutions for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Climbing in and out of vehicles
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with good standing MVR.
• Experience with the sale of vinyl decals and graphics applications preferred.
• Experience selling similar products and solutions within the commercial automotive and fleet industry is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience using a CRM database.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

JOB DETAILS:

• Type: Base + Commission
• Compensation Range: $60,000 Base with earning potential up to $100,000+
• Bonus Eligibility: Yes
• Reports To: Graphics Manager
• Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday
