Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled General Handyman to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. As a Handyman, you'll perform essential repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties, covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous handyman experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
