Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be a key player in our establishment, contributing to its success through your leadership, expertise, and dedication. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing overall operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budget management, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Willingness to travel as required.
