Welcome to Bosch.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to something big:</strong></p><p>►We integrate transport and shipping processes and build a digital &amp; automated transportation ordering process with our freight forwarders on global scale, re-defining how the transport ordering and execution works @Bosch</p><p>►You will strengthen our world-wide team which is responsible for global process integration</p><p>►You will coach regional key users in execution departments as a process expert, provide trainings and support in incident handling as 3rd level support as well</p><p>►You will be the first point of contact for providing expert consultation of transport execution topics for other departments and projects</p><p>►Conceptual work on process improvements and system developments</p><p> </p><p><strong>Field of responsibility:</strong></p><p>►Acting as a global subject matter expert for the overland transport execution processes and transport related exception management</p><p>►Steering the global transport execution functional team</p><p>►Responsible for requirement engineering, KPI and process definition, documentation, and training concepts creation within the SME area</p><p>►Ensure the continuous improvement within overland transport execution processes</p><p>►Responsible that processes are in line with legal requirements and company policies (confluence)</p><p>►Lead and participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and improve product performance</p><p>►Cooperation with other departments focusing on process harmonization and improvement, search for weak points and make suggestions for management on development areas</p><p>►Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency within transport execution and transport exception management</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>►Fluent English language knowledge, German is an advantage</p><p>►More than 5 years of relevant experience in transport operations and processes management</p><p>►High level knowledge of transport management systems and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow</p><p>►On hand experience with using of continuous improvement methodologies, lean six sigma certification (black, green belt) is an advantage</p><p>►Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written, collaboration and presentation skills)</p><p>►Project management experience in development, implementation and change management</p><p>►Openness and curiosity to search for and try out for new technologies/softwares</p><p>►Advanced MS 365 knowledge, Visio and MS SQL knowledge is an advantage</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits.</strong></p><p>We would like to help you <strong>GROW</strong>, so we offer you:</p><ul><li><strong>Financial security &amp; recognition: </strong>We review and increase your competitive base salary annually, offer performance-, loyalty-, and referral bonus.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Trainings and professional development:</strong> We believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of several technical and soft skill trainings and language courses.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Career development</strong>: We have a wide range of programs to choose from, even if its leadership, expert or project development you are aiming for.
