<h1>Job Description Summary</h1>This position will lead a team of clinical product management experts in the development of products for the Women’s Health Ultrasound (WHUS) business. <br/><br/>The Global CPM Manager will coordinate all clinical development activity in accordance with the global product strategy, play a strong role in NPI definition and execution, and act as the voice representing the needs, capacity and development plans for the CPM team. <br/><br/>The candidate will also be responsible for setting the direction and priorities of all CPM activities related to product development including feature definition, verification & validation, external evaluation plan/feedback, clinical support of regulatory submissions (ex. That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1>Job Description</h1><p>Key responsibilities/essential functions include:</p><ul><li>Help define, design and refine products and services to address customer needs. Be a strong clinical voice in all product discussions, making sure the needs and trends from all global markets are evaluated as part of decision making.</li><li>Gather clinical feedback from customers and regions. Communicate clinical feedback to product management and R&D, filter and summarize this feedback for use in product roadmap and NPI definition</li><li>Provide the clinical input for generation of marketing story for NPIs</li><li>Organize and participate in external evaluation of NPIs</li><li>Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with KOLs in external evaluation sites</li><li>Engage in discussions on clinical research programs, make sure our research focus is aligned with overall WHUS strategy</li><li>Lead a team of clinical product management experts</li><li>Develop awareness and familiarity with clinical trends, market trends and competitive influences. Monitor scientific publications. Develop (clinical) competition intelligence. Compile, summarize and present this information to support Product team and Commercial Teams</li><li>Organize and participate in creation of training materials for NPIs</li><li>Drive the development/updates to the CESR for regulatory compliance</li><li>Work with regions to refine go-to-market strategy and service model.</li><li>Ensure product quality.</li><li>Drive product cost out for margin improvements.</li><li>Evangelize for the product by presenting to customers and user groups; represent the product at trade shows; sell product roadmap internally provide sales training, and generate enthusiasm for the product.</li><li>Create a team environment that encourages innovation.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Required Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, healthcare or related field</li><li>Profound experience in product management, product development, or related field</li><li>Proven team leader with the ability to work effectively within a matrix environment and with emotional intelligence</li><li>Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong project management and organizational skills to manage a demanding workload Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Significant experience in product management, product development or related field</li><li>Strong leadership skills to lead/grow teams with emotional intelligence</li><li>Healthcare experience with focus on Women’s Health and Women’s Health Ultrasound Accessible to the team: European based, Austria preferred (minimum 50% onsite).</li><li>Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
