The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations is responsible for providing program leadership oversight and operational discipline to our global compliance and ethics monitoring program and high priority and other key, complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives.
The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations is responsible for leading the evolution of the compliance monitoring program and will be a key member of the Compliance team.
The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations will work closely with the Compliance Centers of Excellence, Compliance Regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate program accountability and compliance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, other legal obligations, our Code of Conduct and consistent with recognized standards, benchmarks, and industry best practices.

The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations is responsible for leading the evolution of the compliance monitoring program and will be a key member of the Compliance team.
The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations will work closely with the Compliance Centers of Excellence, Compliance Regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate program accountability and compliance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, other legal obligations, our Code of Conduct and consistent with recognized standards, benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Director, Compliance Monitoring, Program and Operations will take a leadership role, working closely with the AVP, Program and Operations to develop a world class monitoring program in alignment with our well-defined Roadmap objectives.
- We deliver excellence in all that we do, ensuring we best serve our customers, our stakeholders, our partners every day.
- This role works directly with various stakeholders across the organization, as required, to build trust and partnerships, drive accountability, proactively identify risk and mitigation measures.
- In this role, you are responsible for 6 core processes under the AVP, Compliance Program and Operations including:
- 1. Compliance Program Monitoring.
- 2. Sales Compliance Standards, Monitoring, Evaluation, Coordination on Remediation, Disciplinary Action, Risk Management.
- 3. Partnership with Corporate Compliance on Training and Awareness FTC Operating Committee Oversight.
- 4. Global Compliance and Ethics (GCE) Program Remediation Management.
- 5. Maintenance of Product Matrix.
Additional Skills and/or Certifications
- 5+ years compliance monitoring experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desired.
- Naturally curious with a passion for ‘what can be’.
- Must be able to manage several projects, multitask, and work well under pressure – with a minimum of five years’ experience managing highly complex projects.
- Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills with a growing ability to identify and communicate to management key initiatives, progress and new ideas.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to wear multiple hats, pivot and constantly evaluate/re-evaluate the best solutions.
- Ability to think and do and take initiative, while always seeking to understand the bigger picture.
- Ability to work as a strong team player but independently as needed—and always with a sense of purpose and humor.
- A commitment to collaborate, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for data, analytics, and compliance with the ability to understand, analyze and present data, ensuring accuracy and allowing for iterative program efficiencies.

- High standard of excellence, accuracy and consistency, personal integrity, and accountability.
- Bachelor's Degree - Required with 7 to 10 years professional experience.
- Master's Degree -Preferred.
