Job Summary:
Assists with accounting, budgeting, reimbursement and administration. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of all departmental operations. Develops and maintains budgets, revises policies and procedures, staffing, quality assessment/improvement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies e.g., state, federal, and joint commission. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years' experience: Preferred
- Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Analyzes and identifies any trends that affect quality of services, implements corrective plan of action including new or modified programs, additional training or any measure to improve quality.
- Assists System and Market leaders in development of Provider Compensation terms that are consistent with Adventist Health policies and within legal and regulatory requirements.
- Performs analysis of compensation terms to verify Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness. Works with external consultants to perform complex analysis.
- Works with external survey data to perform analysis and develop internal tools for FMV evaluation. Analyze survey data to identify trends.
- Assists in the development and implementation of annual budget for the department. Collaborates with leadership to ascertain training and education needs and to develop education goals for the workforce, partners and customers. Contributes to development and implementation of overall programs/activities.
- Prepares and analyzes various financial reports for internal and external purposes. Ensures that payroll processes are timely, accurate, and in accordance with all applicable labor laws and organization policies.
- Develops and maintains standard performance reports. Serves as a resource agent for departmental personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and problem-solving strategies.
- Implements progressive discipline and accurately documents all information.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
