Senior Quality Analyst, Assistant Manager

The ideal candidate for Senior Quality Analyst will possess a solid background in SQL, web application testing, and API testing, coupled with strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities. This role demands proficiency in an Agile Scrum environment, with a focus on delivering quality software within tight timelines.

Be the domain expert on respective area . Perform manual selection of claims. Review audit findings. Generate new selection concepts/queries.Perform analysis to understand patterns within the data and to test, develop hypotheses about the business problem using the data.Decide on relevant variables to consider in the modelling phase.Be able to lead the teams and manage the performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, processes, and best practices in an Agile environment.
• 4 to 8 plus years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web application testing.
• Strong understanding of web application testing principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testing.
• Experience working in an agile scrum environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience on Big Data Tools, not limited to – Python, PySpark.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Postman, SOAPUI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems, test management tools, and Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
