Sr. Manager, Finance

The Sr. Manager of Commercial Finance, Aristocrat Interactive, will be responsible for pricing and commercial support for the Interactive business with particular support for the Content, iLottery, and iGaming divisions, business case and strategic initiative development, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.   The role will support process standardization and the governance role of Interactive Sales Deals & Business Case.   The role will report to the Vice President of Aristocrat Interactive Commercial Finance and will partner closely with the Interactive Sales and Delivery teams in the construction of business cases. Successful candidates will be ambitious, energetic, analytical self-starters with strong collaboration and communication skills. The ability to support critical decision-making with ad-hoc analyses, support, or more robust, intensive evaluations will be key in this role. The role will involve cross-functional collaboration, white-boarding, brainstorming through complex issues, and the development of robust financial analyses to help guide decision-making across the organization. Candidates will have the judgment and maturity to communicate proactively around challenges and key decisions, and will be skilled at managing competing priorities.

What You'll Do

• Partner cross-functionally to encourage and instill data-driven decision making across the organization
• Organize and support the Interactive Investment Committee and Deal Review Process
• Solve complex business problems cross-functionally through the use of analytics and business judgment in partnering with stakeholders in other areas of the organization to drive effective decision-making
• Support the structuring of key business development initiatives and investments  
• Evaluate and size various markets to inform business expansion opportunities
• Evaluate and support a wide range of business opportunities, including M&A, investments, and other strategic options

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in related commercial support roles
• Superior analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• Strong technical skills with relevant systems/programs including Excel, TM1, Anaplan, D365.
• Exceptional project and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high-growth environment

$108,276 - $201,085 per year
