The Customer Experience Development department at Vestas' Service Subregion Central is dedicated to enhancing the overall customer journey and satisfaction. This new department focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. By leveraging innovative strategies and a customer-centric approach, the team aims to optimize service delivery and cultivate long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and continuously improving service processes to fulfill customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support Front-Line Operations: Deliver standardized services across the region, ensuring adherence to processes and enhancing scalability and efficiency
- Develop and Implement Processes: Create and optimize processes to improve customer experience and increase efficiency
- Regional Partnership: Act as a regional partner to ensure control, continuous improvement, and support the execution of the Service Strategy
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Establish and maintain good knowledge of contractual obligations throughout the service organization. Provide recurrent basic training on service contracts, individual training for new CRMs, CSM Heads, and Service Directors, and advanced topic-specific trainings
- EBIT Recovery: Anchor EBIT recovery initiatives, engage with other functions to finalize deal conclusions, and ensure proper documentation and implementation of outcomes
- Contractual and Claims Support: Manage the regional contract risks, provide first escalation claim support, and liaise between the region and legal
Qualifications
- Capability to build bridges between different corporate units, such as operations, finance, legal and performance management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or process management
- Background in the wind industry or comparable industries
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization and utilize solid stakeholder management skills
- Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or Economics

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Berlin, Germany but could also be Hamburg, Germany. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 60 days per year.
