Description

Responsibilities:

• Provides world-class animal interactions for our guests
• Offer specials promoted by SeaQuest
• Assist customers with selecting merchandise in the gift shop
• Help with gift shop inventory
• Ensure store visual merchandising and presentation standards are implemented
• Up-sell products and activities to elevate the guest experience
• Encourage guests to leave reviews
• Required to work with animals
• Cleaning (wherever asked to)
• Conduct Field Trips with Guest audiences

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in a retail environment
• A theme park, zoo, science center, or attraction background preferred
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player
• Register and cash handling experience
• Experience with animals a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time 
• Part-time
• Monday-Friday
• Weekends required
