An incredible diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! And as a Supply Chain eCommerce intern you will be asked to support the team in driving the best consumer experience for our main channels, which are among others Direct-to-Consumer, Online pure players and several Marketplaces. Also, you will have the opportunity to contribute to or lead projects. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong><em>Day to day escalation management of our Consumer care (close contact with supervisors, identify and report risks when needed)</em></strong></li><li><em><strong>Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments, open orders, stock allocation, on time dispatch, returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives </strong></em></li><li><strong><em>KPI Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting, monitoring, analysing &amp; improved suggestions)</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>Challenging the status quo to ensure we drive the best consumer experience</em></strong></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><em>We are looking for a pioneer with a drive for excellence. Given the nature of the role we feel it’s important for you to have a willingness to learn as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We do, of course, take into consideration your English fluency and your extracurricular or academic experience in supply chain management or similar fields, but ultimately we look at the bigger picture.
