Our story so far...<br/>Pigment’s mission is to enable people and businesses to make better decisions.<br/>Founded in 2019 by Romain Niccoli (ex founder and CTO of Criteo) and Eléonore Crespo (Index Ventures and Google), Pigment is a fast-growing international scale-up that raised $240M+ to become the central business planning solution powering Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing decisions.<br/>We serve fast-growing companies including Gong, Carta, Ledger, Deliveroo, Brex, Melio, and Spendesk to name a few!<br/>We have offices in Paris, London, New York and Toronto.<br/>What we do<br/>Pigment is a SaaS planning platform that enables any business to play with business data in a safe, fun and collaborative environment.<br/>It is an intuitive platform, which anyone can use and understand, that allows leaders and teams to analyze all of their business data better and anticipate the impact of their decisions with unprecedented speed and flexibility.<br/>Join a forward-thinking team (from Meta, Google, Criteo, Datadog and others) that likes to move fast, work smart and solve big challenges as a team on this exciting journey!<br/><br/>Process development and optimisation: develop and optimise marketing processes (e.g. campaign planning, lead management, reporting). Ensure that marketing processes are efficient and effective, and identify opportunities to improve them.<br/>Technology management: responsible for the selection, implementation, and maintenance of marketing technology. Manage the current Marketing tech stack (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, Goldcast) and ensure that the right tools are in place to support the marketing team's goals.<br/>Data management: consolidate data from a variety of sources, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaigns. Design best in class data infrastructure to report on marketing performance.<br/>Reporting and analysis: analyse data to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.<br/>Planning and budgeting: contribute to developing marketing plans and budgets, monitor and manage spending to ensure that campaigns stay on track.<br/>Enablement: help to train the Business Team on how to use marketing tools and resources effectively.<br/>Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments, such as sales, growth, data, and customer success to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business goals, and help to share data and insights across the organisation.<br/>Business partnership: collaborate with Marketing Leaders to make sure each new strategic campaign is a success and ensure fluidity and velocity on each step of the lead funnel.
<h3>Who you are</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Marketing Ops role, in a medium to large scale company (1000+ FTE).</li><li>You know Hubspot Marketing & Operations Hubs inside out, and have already worked with Salesforce.</li><li>You have a track record of automating and building sustainable solutions to time-consuming, repetitive tasks.</li><li>You have a very good knowledge of B2B software marketing methodologies.</li><li>You are a resourceful and creative problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.You speak English fluently, French is a plus.</li></ul>
