A position has arisen for a Client Service Associate within Client Services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the stock database is updated and maintained in line with pricing policy & MiFID 2 requirements
  • Liaising with various pricing providers & organising quarterly reviews with our pricing vendor
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of third party data feeds to ensure integrity of internal records are maintained
  • Ensure any corporate events impacting holding are accurately reflected on internal systems
  • Management and reporting of any trail payments received in accordance on relevant investments
  • Monitoring and management of trading restriction flags on internal systems to prevent incorrect trading
  • Review of any regulatory reporting as directed to ensure compliance.
  • Monitoring and review of fees applied to client accounts
  • Monitoring and managing trading and settlement processes relating to new business activity
  • Ensuring compliance with the relevant rules and legislation governing the custody and settlement of client assets
  • Ensuring all queries are investigated and escalated in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaise with other departmental teams to ensure the accuracy of Valuations produced
  • Interpretation and validity checking of data in relation to product costs and charges

Requirements

  • A minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the financial services sector;
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confidence in dealing with peers and other teams.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines
  • Strong processing skills and an eye for detail
  • A proven record as a strong team player
  • A record of providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
  • Highly motivated and progressive with constant desire to improve efficiency
