Client Manager - French Market

Spotzer is a rapidly growing digital marketing business headquartered out of Amsterdam, with global offices in Melbourne and Manila. Our mission is to help small and medium businesses grow through our robust digital marketing solutions which include websites, e-commerce, online advertising, and more. With over 700k digital solutions delivered and over 1M leads generated through our digital advertising campaigns, we are the global leader in providing digital marketing services to SMBs and enterprises.

With the growth in the French market, we are looking for a Client Manager to be a part of our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full-time basis. As a direct point of contact, you will understand the client’s needs and help them grow their business through Spotzer’s digital marketing solutions. You’ll get to work with our talented team of digital marketing experts and develop your skills while helping SMBs grow.

Responsibilities

• Build a relationship with clients and help guide them through their digital transformation

• Understand the client’s business needs and translate this into requirements for their website and digital marketing

• Manage client requests from inbound and outbound calls and emails

• Upsell digital marketing services and earn commission

• Manage customer and order information in our CRM

• Collaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve our service

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products

Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Native fluency in French is essential - our clients are business owners in France

• Fluency in English

• Experience in customer service, support, or relevant role is desirable but not a must

• Experience in sales is a plus but not essential

• Keen interest in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow

• Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintain sharp attention to detail

• Be located in the Netherlands

• Strong work ethic and team spirit
