Our dynamic team is dedicated to innovation and excellence in academic publishing, supporting over 600 institutions worldwide.<br/> <b>Responsibilities</b><br/> <span>•       </span> Managing implementation and launch of Premier Journals;<span>•       </span> Coordinating with internal teams for successful journal launches;<span>•       </span> Liaising with prior platforms and publishers for smooth journal transitions;<span>•       </span> Advising on publishing best practices, policies, and ethics standards;<span>•       </span> Monitoring journal indexes and ensuring content updates;<span>•       </span> Providing strategic insights and recommendations to editors;<span>•       </span> Conducting workshops and training for editors and journal staff;<span>•       </span> Presenting at conferences and supporting community growth initiatives.<br/><b>Requirements</b><br/> <span>•       </span> Possess experience in publishing, academic research, or a related field;<span>•       </span> Speak and write fluently in English. Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi or Urdu are a plus;<span>•       </span> Demonstrate the ability to create data-driven reports and analysis;<span>•       </span> Excel at project management and delivering high-quality presentations;<span>•       </span> Thrive in working with international clients and traveling as needed;<span>•       </span> Start tasks independently and work confidently with academic audiences;<span>•       </span> Hold an academic or publishing background, with journal management experience.<br/><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br/> We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
