The Position:
The Manager, Global Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics (SCLT) will be responsible for building and managing a high-functioning team of Global Operations Specialists, who will serve as the primary points of contact for our manufacturing and logistics partners, both internally and externally, in order to manage and mitigate patient scheduling issues in real-time over the weekends. The Manager will ensure that their team is trained and supported in order to operate at an exceptional level. This person must maintain strong relationships with partners across the commercial franchise, the manufacturing and supply chain organizations, and other partner teams to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered to our patient treatment centers around the world.
Position is fully-remote. Remote work must be performed at home with a consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function. Standard work schedule will be 12 hours per day, Saturday through Monday, 12 AM ET to 12 PM ET.
Holiday on-call support is required as assigned.
Domestic and international travel is possible, but will not exceed 15%.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, log
